Akhila Madhushani is an AOD Alumni fashion designer specializing in textile designing, including modernized, handcrafted textiles, screen prints and bleached denim techniques combined with unique timeless women’s ready-to-wear silhouettes with distinctive graphical and silhouette details. Her focus is on traditional Sri Lankan textiles and using their textures, patterns, and techniques to uplift local craftsmanship.
